This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between bdps.co.in and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. bdps.co.in’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. bdps.co.in may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Bharatheeya Dharma Prachara Sabha is conducting certificate courses. The course is conducted under the guidance of eminent Ayurveda doctors/specialist. The online class will enrich the knowledge of the students in the topic. The syllable structure is wonderfully prepared by the Ayurveda doctors and eminent personalities working in the domain.
The material and information contained in this website is for academic purpose only. The knowledge acquired through the course shall be made in practice only after a practical training under registered Ayurveda Practitioner. If your country is allowing you to practice medicine like healing practitioner (Heil Praktiker/in), Life consultant, Medical doctor etc. you can integrate Ayurveda in your practice and help people in more holistic way to prevent or heal the disease.
We endeavor to keep the material and information published in the website up to date and correct. Bharatheeya Dharma Prachara Sabha will be responsible for the content published. The students will be tutored by eminent Ayurveda doctors. Each student will strictly comply with the admission formalities and course schedule as mentioned by Bharatheeya Dharma Prachara Sabha.
All the financial transaction will be done as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. The fee structure for the course will be published in the website and mentioned in Indian Rupees. Here the Bharatheeya Dharma Prachara Sabha will not be responsible for any such deviation from the students above mentioned criteria.
In the event any dispute arises between the Parties out of or in connection with this engagement, the Parties hereto shall endeavor to settle such dispute amicably. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of occurrence of the dispute it shall be resolved in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Such Dispute shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the Parties as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
